The Consortium meets regularly to report progress and exchange ideas
Each year a meeting is held by, and for, the Library of Integrated Network-based Cellular Signatures (LINCS) Consortium. The purpose of these meetings is to gather members of the LINCS consortium to present research efforts and plans, and to work along with NIH program staff to continue to develop a successful LINCS program.
The first day of the meeting brought together the LINCS Data and Signature Generation Centers and the BD2K-LINCS Data Coordination and Integration Center to review progress to date and discuss the next steps for data integration and analysis across the centers. This meeting included an outreach program with experts in stem cell biology, and big data management focused on the use of current datasets.
The 2015 LINCS Consortium Meeting was held September 24-25, at the National Cancer Institute, Rockville, MD.
